Scheduling Issues - Delay Claims

When scheduling:

Be aware of the notices and periods required under the contract regarding Delay claims
Prepare the Schedule so that it reflects the construction methodology and the relevant on-site conditions
Status the Schedule regularly
Keep good records (written & photographic) of delay events
